Subject and scope of activities

Grupa LOTOS is a national petroleum concern which deals in oil exploitation and processing and the wholesale and retail of high quality petroleum products. Grupa LOTOS is a joint-stock company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) since June 2005.

LOTOS Group

Apart from Grupa LOTOS (the parent company), the LOTOS Group is made of LOTOS Czechowice, LOTOS Jasło and the upstream companies of LOTOS Petrobaltic, which produces oil and gas on the Baltic Sea, as well as 14 companies with the LOTOS brand.

Organisation

The LOTOS Group introduced the segment management model. A segment is a separated area of business activities, managed on the LOTOS Group level by an appointed Member of the Management Board of Grupa LOTOS. The main objective of this model is to increase management efficiency, tap economies of scale, as well as cost and income synergies in the organisation.

Membership in organisations

Grupa LOTOS is a long-term partner of leading business, sectoral and social organizations. Membership in these organisations is voluntary and results from Grupa LOTOS' support for their programmes. Its representatives participate in focus groups, supporting concepts and solutions used to develop the sector and the society.
